Cayeanna Swim – Returns & Shipping

We want you to love your Cayeanna Swim pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with a return that meets the conditions below.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery through our returns portal.

Items must be postmarked within 14 days and received within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unaltered
• Returned with original tags and hygienic liner attached
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, sunscreen, stains, or signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, swimwear returned without the hygienic liner attached cannot be accepted.

All returns are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Options

Full-Price Items

• Refund to original payment method
• Size exchange (subject to availability)

Sale Items

• Items discounted 20–30%are eligible for store credit only

Final Sale

• Items discounted 40% or more, or marked Final Sale, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store credit is issued via email and valid for 24 months.

Return Fees

If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a return processing fee of 4% (maximum $18) will be deducted from your refund.

You may also return items using your own carrier to avoid this fee.

Original shipping charges and Route Package Protection are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer instant exchanges for U.S. customers.

To process an exchange, a temporary authorization may be placed on your credit card. If the original item is not returned within 14 days, your card may be charged.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders.

Express shipping is not available for exchange orders. If you need an item quickly, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order with expedited shipping.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

We will cover return shipping and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

How to Return

1. Submit your return through our returns portal[link]
2. Include your order numberinside the package
3. Attach the return label and ship

If you no longer have the original packaging, you may use any suitable shipping bag or box.

We recommend obtaining a drop-off receipt when shipping your return. Returns without proof of shipment cannot be refunded if lost in transit.

Order Fulfillment

Orders typically ship within 3–10 business days.

During busy periods or promotional events, fulfillment times may be slightly longer.

U.S. Shipping

• Free standard shipping on orders over $250 (pre-tax)
• Standard shipping: $8–$10
• Expedited shipping: $18–$40

Expedited orders placed before 12:30 PM PST ship the same business day.

International Shipping

International orders typically arrive 3–12 business days after fulfillment, depending on customs processing.

International Returns

International customers may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in original condition with tags and hygienic liners attached.

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping
• Customs documentation
• Duties and taxes

Returns must be sent to our U.S. warehouse.

Duties, taxes, shipping costs, and Route Package Protection are non-refundable.

Returns delayed or refused due to customs clearance issues are not eligible for refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has shipped, Cayeanna Swim is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

Customers may purchase Route Package Protection at checkout for coverage.

Claims for protected shipments must be filed directly through Route’s claims portal.
